Unity connection single inbox causing Outlook issue

CUC 8.5

Exchange 2010

Outlook client 2007

I am not sure other people running into this issue. I think that this is the way Unity connection inbox work, but I am wondering what people out there experiencing the same dilemma as us.

We just migrate users from Unity 5 Unified Messaging to Unity connection 8.5 single inbox. The single inbox works perfectly fine as it is supposed to. However, there is a big problem here. Here is the scenario. User A called and left a voicemail for UserB who later received a voicemail from User A in his outlook via single inbox feature. Without viewmail installed on his machine, User B hit reply button on that voicemail via his outlook. On the reply message, the email address of user A shows as UserA@conection_server.domain.com which is a UserA connection user account. then the message was sent, and UserA was able to receive the reply message since Exchange server knows how to handle UserA@conection_server.domain.com recipient, and it forwarded to UserA@domain.com. The problem started here. UserA outlook client started caching UserA address as UserA@conection_server.domain.com. Next time when UserA want to send an regular email to UserB, Outlook populate the address as UserA@conection_server.domain.com. instead of UserA@domain.com. Although UserA received the message via Unity connection, this connection server address account could mistakenly be sent out or leak out to people outside the firm.  When outside people try to reply to the address, it will fail. Even with Viewmail install on outlook client, it won't make any difference in that outlook client will still cache the connection address. With viewmail, it only forces user to record audio wav file before the message can be replied, and the reply was intercepted by Unity connection immediately without going through Exchange.

Question,

1) Not having single inbox voice message on Outlook showing that it comes from UserA@conection_server.domain.com. Instead masking the address with UserA@domain.com so that Outlook client won't have cache for connection server address.
