Hello - We are running Unity Connection 184.108.40.206 on a MCS7800 running Windows 2003 server. Over the past month or so we have been getting reports of intermittent sound issues when users check their voice mail. It is never the same users nor at the same time of day, and thus far I have not been able to replicate it so it seems to be really random. From the reports that I have been given, it only happens when they check their voice messages from their phone (Cisco 7940 and 7960) and it will sound choppy one time and the next time it will sound really static-like. I should note that I just took over managing the systems here and I am not an expert by any means. We are planning on running the server updates software during a window this weekend which I am hoping will resolve the issues but if anybody has any poiinters or ideas that i can look into regarding this I would really appreciate any assistance.
