Unity Connection user not getting voicemail emails from outlook 365
Hello, I am currently having an issue with a user getting their voicemail emails. We have about 150 users who do get their emails, so it's just this one we're having problems with. We've verified the correct email address, tested with a different, working email address (didn't work once applied to faulty mailbox), changed message actions from reject to accept and relay. We've pretty much tried everything short of deleting the user from unity connection. I'm afraid of the user losing their 50+ messages. We're running Outlook 365 as our exchange.
