Hi,
I know Unity Connection is already end of support, but I have a customer still using that version.
The security certificate has been expired, my question is how do I regenerate this certificate? Unity conn still works fine except for the media master, customer has to set the date back into the time frame of the certificate to get the media master working. I already looked on CCO for any documentation, however all documentation for version 1.x seems to be removed.
Does somebody knows how to solve this issue?
Thanks in Advance
BM

I had last week a similar issue where the client is using an old unity box and the license has expired. We emailed
licensing@cisco.com and they were able to provide a 30-day temporary license file. Maybe you can try doing the same.
Hope this would help!

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback, but I am not shure if this something to do with the license, I clearly see that the certificate is (only) valid for 5 years, I always thought that Unity license is permanent.
