Unity Connection Voice Prompt Customization

Hi

we have a unity connection 8.5 in our company and i'd like to customize voice prompts that interact with users when they push the message button on their phones, but i can't find setting related for this purpose.

Is it a way for customizing the voice prompts?

Yes add system call handlers and record greetings and Apply caller inputs.

I don't understand what your exact mean,

but here is my need,

I want to change and rerecord for example my voice instead of cisco default voices,

For instance i want to change the prompt when system say press 1 to record a message or press 2 ...

I hope that i have made myself clear.
