Unity connection - voicemail messages are getting cut off

My customer complains that they are only getting the last part of the voice mail messages left on the mailbox, they are missing the first 5~10 seconds of the message. Only one site is affected at the moment with about 52 users.

System version:

Cisco Unity Connection Administration

Version 2.1.2.1000-380

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Span the port of the UC and see if the audio is making to the box within 5-10 seconds. If not, you need to trace back from the switch to the source.

it could be DSP, network, transcoder.
