Unity Connections - Force Recorded Name

Since the "Advanced Settings" tool is gone from the Tools Depot, I see that many settings are now in the GUI. However, there is one setting that I cannot find in the GUI and that is to require Users to set a "Recorded Name" on the initial setup.

Without a recorded name users cannot be dialed by name. How can I force this?

In Unity Connection this is now a per-user setting, so it should be available on the user and user template pages.
