Where do I find the serial number on Unity Connection Virtual Server ver. 8.6.2?

You don't, what do you need it for? If to open TAC case use your ESW contract number.

Thats what I thought but I couldn't get past the serial number with the guy. Then he tried transferring me and got disconnected.

I am just trying to find out if the latest download for Unity Connections includes the fix for bug CSCug48650 fixed with ES71 yet the release notes don't mention it. Available version is 8.6.2.23900-10.

Perhaps I should start a new thread.

Unable to look at the bug as it seems to be restricted.  Why not open the case online with your contract number?

But we do know this info;

Cisco Unity Connection 8.6(2a) SU 3 is a cumulative

update that incorporates all of the fixes and

changes to Connection version 8.6(2)—including the operating system and components shared by

Connection and Cisco Unified CM. It also incorpor

ates additional changes that are specific to this

service update, including Connection Engineering Special 69

So you would need to ask TAC to load up ES71 for special download
