In Unity Connection 7.1.5, is there a way to get rid of the "Please wait while I transfer your call" prompt when transfering to another subscriber? I would prefer to be able to do this on a call handler by call handler basis, but if there is a way to get rid of it system wide, that might be acceptable as well. I know this wasn't an option in Cx 1.x and 2.x, but I was told that they were looking to put the option in 7.x though I never heard for sure whether they put it in or not.

this was added way back in 7.0(1) - the release notes for it are here:

you can adjust this on a per transfer rule basis if you like on a per handler basis. it's a checkbox on the transfer option page itself.

OK. I've been doing the transfer from the Closed Greeting page. My understanding of the Transfer Rules page is that it's only referenced when there is an indirect call (i.e. someone uses the directory to call you). How do I get a direct call into the call handler during "closed" schedule times to transfer but not prompt?

Bump. Is there a way to set up the call handler so that it takes the "Transfer Rules" page into account when the closed greeting is activated by an after hours call? I've set the transfer rule up and unchecked the box for playing the greeting, but the CH never seems to pay any attention to what I do on the Transfer Rules page.
