Unity Cxn 9.1.1.20000-32 - java.sql.SQLException eror

Hi Guys,

I've been experiencing an issue with Unity Cxn , whenever I try to Import User using LDAP , it gives me the following error :

java.sql.SQLException: Failed to get Connection.Connector(NOT CONNECTED: Driver=com.informix.jdbc.IfxDriver;)

As a result I haven't been able to import user or do anything on the server. Screenshot is attached

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sharri,

Has the IP address or hostname of Unity Connection server been changed recently? Please check the output of 'run sql select * from processnode'.

Also, confirm the status of A Cisco DB service through the command 'utils service list'
