Unity direct transfer to Voicemail - Multiple Unity Servers
I have a CTI RP setup to allow users to transfer calls directly to Voicemail. The route pattern is *XXXXX.
I recently added another Unity server (both are 4.X). These are connected via Digital Networking.
How can I setup the second Unity so I can transfer calls directly to a voicemail box on the second server? Unfortunately, there is a large amount of overlap in the DNs, so I can't setup a different CTI RP for the second server.
If I call to the Directory Handler on the first Unity server, I can enter a DN on the second Unity server, and be transfered to the IP Phone. If I try to use the *XXXXX CTI RP, and the DN is on the second Unity server, I just get the Opening Greeting.
How can I set this up so calls get transfered to the Subscriber's Greeting on the second Unity Server?
