Unity distribution list issue

I'm working w/ a customer on setting up distribution lists. They work, but we've found out that sometimes (more often than not) you can't send a message to a distribution list that you're a member of. We get an error at the end of the prompts when sending that says "The system is temporarily unable to complete your call, try back later".

Any ideas?

Hello,

I've found that when creating PDLs you have to wait for AD to sync before you can send a message to the PDL, regardless of whether or not the subscriber you are sending the message as is a member.

If my suggestion is not helpful and you haven't found a resolution to your issue, I'd suggest opening a TAC case to get help on this one.
