Unity+Domino+Local and Remote CCM cluster

We intend to implement Cisco Unity with Lotus Domino for 400 main site users.

200 users are on remote site and for them we implement another CCM cluster at the remote site.

How can we use the unity at primary site to entertain the remote branch CCM users?

What are the recommended software requirements and recommended ports requirements for the main site and remote site users (according to Cisco)?

Please can anyone guide us in this regards?
