Unity Error when importing an account

I am running a single Unity server running 4.0(5) and I have an error coming up; each time I try to migrate an existing exchange account; when adding the account and trying to save it, an error pops up saying: An unrecognized error 0x800401E4 has occurred: Invalid Syntax; but I am checking this against errors and cannot find anything on my server outside of this message; has someone run into this issue?

Pay close attention to the allow inheritalble permissions part near the bottom of the doc. My money is on that. :-)

It worked! Apparently, the exchange admin had removed the dirservice account from domain admins and once i added it back and restarted, it's now working. Thanks!
