When upgrading your Exchange enviroment to Exchange SP2 do you need to upgrade the admin tools on the Unity server as well and are there any prescirbed steps that need to be done on Unity.
Yes, you need to upgrade the management tools only on the Unity server to Exchange 2003 SP2. Nothing else to do on the Unity server. We were running 4.0(5) and all worked OK when we upgraded the Exchange servers.
