Here is a issue I have been struggling with - im hoping someone can offer some advice.
We have Unity 4.05 w/exchange 2003 sp2. Fully intergrated and it works quite well. The issue is that I created a new user about 2 weeks ago and she is already getting the "you have more than xxx messages" message. She has less that 150 messages in her Outlook accout (total - inbox/sent/etc..). I on the other hand, have over 500 in my inbox alone, and dont get that message. What am I missing, and is there a way to increase those limits?
Sounds like some kind of Exchange Policy has started or recently changed. You check her profile in AD and Exchange see what her storage limits are. Typically, when you add a new users, the defaults are set to each AD user you add. (15megs, or whatever) You can adjust storage limits per user by going in AD, click on the subscriber, Exchange tabs and adjust as needed.
It's not really managed out of Unity for mailbox limits per say.
