Unity Express found no users on CME

I'm using CUE 7.0.6 with CME 7.1.

I was running the "Cisco Unity Express Initialization Wizard".  Step 2 was "Import CCME Users".  CUE didn't find any user.

On CME side, I already configured name and label for ephones.  Why CUE didn't see any user?

You have to define username and passwords under ephones also

Thanks!  Can CUE import SIP phone users?  Or it can only import SCCP phone usrs?
