Unity express playing wrong message

I have CUE 2.0.1 CME 3.2.2

After I have finish setup Unity Express using the Initiation Wizard, and go into Unity Express by pressing the Message button. Rather than getting the usual "Please enter your password" I get a prompt saying that "For security reasons, initial setup of mailbox can only be done from primary extension." I have confirmed in Unity that extension, mailboxes exist and confirmed the primary extension as well.

If you have dialplan-pattern configured under telephony-service, the calling number will be expanded accordingly. CUE is seeing the complete number instead of just extension. You need to configure E164 number on CUE.
