Hi,
We are having unity 4.0(2. We need to install secondary server and configure failover. The exchange is loaded in the unity box right now. For failover we need to move the exchange out of unity.
I want to know the steps that needs to be followed including the licensing requirement. Please let me know the procedure.

I just went through the same process except I am running Unity 4.0.3, the key is make sure you go through and understand the procedures. Follow the link below.

In regard to licensing you must purchase the failover feature and the licensed features on the primary Unity and secondary Unity server must be identical. And the license file will be installed only on the primary server. Talk to your local Cisco account team.
