Unity forward/transfer to operator at remote location
My Unity defaults when caller press 0 after the greeting, Unity transfer caller to operator extension ie. 7333. I have set up a new group/css/partition/IPT extension for a remote location in the centralized Call manager and Unity. All IPT phone and Unity features are working OK. This remote location has his own extension for operator. I had programmed transfer key "caller input" to a new call handler (new operator handler, directory handler) and to a new ext i.e. 1234 (remote operator). However, Unity transfers to default operator extenion 7333 instead of to the ext 1234 (remote operator) when caller call to the remote extension and hit 0. I may miss some parameters in Unity. Does anyone has similar process and how it works. Please share your experience or samples of handlers. It will be great help.
