unity ILO ports

Hi:

I have a customer with unity 5.0 servers. He says the ILO ports are configured and connected.

I can ping the ILO IP addresses but can not browse to them.

Any idea what might be wrong?

Is there any way to check them w/o rebooting?

I've noticed that the ILO at least on the HP servers only work with IE after installing the Active-X app. Make sure pop-ups are allowed for IE for the IP addresse(s) of the servers. I love the ILO on these servers and use them all the time.

I am using IE & have tried w/ pop-ups allowed.

In fact, I can hit ILO for some of the other servers.
