We have 2 Unity Servers. We have issue in receiving voicemail in one of the Unity server but it is fine if i failover to the other Unity.
When we the problem Unity is active, We do not get a voicemail message when some left a voicemail but the caller will get the greeting/prompt to leave a voicemail.
We can also access the Unity voicemail box but there are no new messages even though we did leave a voice message.
It is fine when the other unity is active.
Does it have something to do with permission issue?

I would have a look at the application log to see if you are getting permissions related errors.
You can also rerun the permissions Wizard using the UnityInstall accout that should have domain admin rights.

Thanks, The permission issue is only my guess.
One of the server is working fine. Should i rerun the permission wizard in the problem server?

I would, It won't cause any system downtime. Be sure you run it from the right ou. It wouldn't hurt to run it from the root.
