UNITY LIC problem

Dear all

I have installed cisco unity 4.2

I have also license file

but I want "Install the Cisco Unity License Files" the system returns me this error-->

The file C:\CommServer\Licenses\UNITY420090602075614677.lic does not exist. Make sure you have the correct file path.

the point is that lic file is in that location

please guide me

Hi -

If you have the original lic file saved on a network drive, I recommend removing it from the Unity server drive path C:\CommServer\Licenses\ and try reloading it from its saved network location using License Manager.
