Unity license c:\commserver\licenses\ file does not exist

During the unity license installation, I am given the error license file c:\commserver\licenses... does not exist.

You may want to open regedit on the Unity server and do a Find for "FLEXlm". If there are any keys that come back, delete those and then re-attempt the wizard.
