While installing Unity 4.0(4) I notice that the Unity_<servername> account is not in the subscriber OU; I checked the the SQL subscriber table and found that the account is in the SQL database. I checked the Cisco documentation on re-creating the account but the instructions are not clear. I tried re-running the Permissions Wizard and the message store setup utility but the account is not created can anyone point me in the proper direction for re-creating this account.
