Unity mailbox full

Sporadically getting the following error:

Description:

The Unity mailbox for the user with the extension - 4601 is full. Messages submitted from this mailbox are being sent as unidentified caller messages. 5615

The mailboxes are not full. Put on ES50 as per http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/prod_release_note09186a0080632200.html

However, now all mailboxes say they are full.

Any ideas?
