This isn't really an answer for you, but wanted to show you what we are using for our Cisco servers (CallManager, MeetingPlace Express, IP Contact Center, Emergency Responder, Unity as well as IP phones) -
I haven't heard of one, but it is my understanding that MOM is not a supported 3rd party tool from TAC point of view and they can require you to disable or uninstall in the course of troubleshooting. Not a big deal to most, but could be for some IT groups.
