Need Urgent help please.

I have a classroom lab with 3 unity servers, all connecting to separate Exchange 2000 Servers, all Unity servers are exhibiting the same behaviour.

When I try to change the opening greeting via a phone the message below appears:-

"The specified phone number cannot be dialed because it is restricted by your class of service"

Phones are all OK, new subscribers can be created and can use the TUI to customize their login detail (including greeting) Only the MediaMaster is playing up!!

Unity is Version 4.2 build 4.2(1)

Call Manager is 4.1(3)sr3c

Media Master is 4.2.0.128

Logged is as Domain Administrator, Looked at class of service settings and turned everything on just in case but to no avail?

Any clues out there?

Make sure you have the restirction table for outdial assigned to the COS that the subscribers are using when attempting to use TRAP set to allow them to ring the extensions they are trying to.

Also, make sure you have an active port configured for TRAP dial in the telephone integration manager (found in Tools Depot on your desktop).
