I have a customer with an existing Avaya Intuity Audix. We are replacing with Unity and would like to mimic the Audix menu structure. Is there a way to do this with a template of sorts or must you configure every directory hanlder, call handler, etc. to change the prompts.
You can't "mimic" competative voice mail systems (lawyers get involved, things go south in a hurry). You can, however, map keys to functions in the subscriber conversation for the main menu, message playback and after message menus any way you'd like.
