Unity Menu Structure / Audix

I have a customer with an existing Avaya Intuity Audix. We are replacing with Unity and would like to mimic the Audix menu structure. Is there a way to do this with a template of sorts or must you configure every directory hanlder, call handler, etc. to change the prompts.

Thanks

Re: Unity Menu Structure / Audix

You can't "mimic" competative voice mail systems (lawyers get involved, things go south in a hurry). You can, however, map keys to functions in the subscriber conversation for the main menu, message playback and after message menus any way you'd like. These are, of course, the most commonly used areas of the covnersation for subscribers. For details on how this works, check out the Custom Key Map tool home page:

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_CustomKeymap.htm

it includes a link to the help file and a training video that should let you know what it's capable of.
