Unity message report

I am having trouble finding a report that show how many messages are currently in a users mailbox. I have tried running the "Subscriber Message Activity" report in Unity and exporting to Excel. When I open up the report in Excel it doesn't show up until the user actually listens to the message and then it appears in a column heading listing of NUMNEWMSGS (see attachment). I want a quick report that shows user-A has "5" messages and lists the dates/time they were left. Is this a 3rd party app I'm looking at?
