In Chapter 8 of Unity Install Guide for a UM installation. Specifically at Step 15 of "Configuring Cisco Unity for the Message Store" section. Everything in prior steps has run fine. However, I am now entering the password for the UnityDirSvc account, which I have verified is valid, however it appears to run for a few seconds then blanks out the password screen. Nothing happens and it sits at the "set directory services account" screen. Anyone seen this before and have a resolution?
