Unity Networking Dialing Subscribers

I've been helping a customer add another Unity Server to remote site for site survivability. They have a single CM cluster and 2 Unity 4.2 servers digitally networked. We've moved over the users for the remote site to the new Unity server and everything appears to be working as advertised, dialby name works fine for all subscribers on either cluster etc. One thing that I can't seem to figure out (or if its even possible) is they are accustom to dialing into their AA and “dialing an extension at any time” obviously now we can no longer just dial the extensions that are on the other unity server because they are not recognized. Short of using an option for system transfer or transfer the call the the other unity server, is there any way to get the unity servers to recognize the extension range on the other unity server so they can be dialed directly from the AA other site AA. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
