Unity Networking - Direct Xfr to Voicemail from CCM
We are implementing CCM 4.1(2) and Unity 4.0(5). We have two Unity Servers - one is Voicemail Only and one is Unified Messaging. We are going to configure Unity Networking as both are in the same AD/Exchange Directory.
In earlier versions we had used a CTI Route Point and the *XXXXX method to transfer directly to a voicemail box and it worked fine.
In the new setup, we have two VM Pilots - one for VM Only and one for Unified Messaging.
If I create one Pilot or DN to use for direct transfers to voicemail, will calls get to the right mailbox and greeting?
Has anyone been through this already? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
