Unity Networking with 4.0

We have two unity stand alone servers deployed @ two different locations and they are able to reach each other over IP. What we would like to do is have an options for user from site A to forword messages to site B.

What is the procedure of doing this, any documentation, etc. will help.

If they are on the same AD directory then this is a very simple operation. If they are on seperate directories you'll have to use something like VPIM or the like to trade messages/user info.
