Unity occasionally not playing main greeting

Hi All,

I have a Unity 4.0 (3) SR 1. Callers every once in a while when hitting the main greeting can not hear the greeting just dead air. The logs says that dtmf was not detected and sends the call to the receptionist after the whole "dead air greeting time" is played out. Any ideas?

did you ever figure this out ? I have 4.1 that behaving same way.
