Setup:
Unity 4.0(4)sr1 VMO with off-box Exchange
External Global Catalog Server for AD
Issue:
When any user attempts to log in to PCA via "https://<ip address>/ciscopca" an error is returned in the PCA login box that says, "Could not get user information from Unity Server".
Troubleshooting Information:
-Verified user is valid and password is current
-Restarted IIS Admin, WWW, Tomcat services.
-Looked through PCA troubleshooting doc and did not find anything misconfigured.
-PCA troubles seem to have started after a reboot of the Unity/GCS/Exchange servers. Prior to reboot, I had no known PCA issues.
If anyone has any suggestions for where to look or anything to try, your input will be greatly appreciated.
