I am attempting to run some reports from the Port Usage Analyzer and cannot get any data to load. What I am doing is from the "Generate Reports From" section, browsing for the "Data logs folder" which defaults to D:\CommServer\logs. Once there I cannot see any of the Directories it is requesting. When I browse the file system with Windows Explorer, all the "data_AvCsMgr_*" files are right in the root of the D:\CommServer\logs directory. I suspect this is not the correct location, and that there should be individual directories being created for these files? I surmise this because when browsing for the files, the only option I have for "Files of type" is "Directories."
