Unity ports not found

we have a failover system, 72 ports are setup and works fine - we do have some primary ports however that do not register and show on CCM(4.1) as 'not found'. We've tried deleting and recreating and resetting but these ports still doesn't register and it forces the system to go failover secondary.

Unity 404 , sr1 , es35. TSP8.01b.

Any advice appreciated.

I had the same problem but my system doesn't failover if some of the ports is "Not Found". One thing I don't understand is, those ports are virtual ports and we had the correct license, why would they not be found? Right now I just leave is as is since we don't have that many volume yet...
