There is a way to keep disabled unity port from registering into CCM?
I had a Unity with 80 ports, but I need to register only 20 of them. I already configure 20 of them and disable the rest on the UTIM tool. The problem is that the rest keep trying to register on CCM.

You would need to remove the port using UTIM to keep it from registering.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

As Brandon mentions you need to remove them from UTIM, if you add them as part of an integration in Unity they will keep trying to register.
you can add and remove the ports so you don't have to worry about not being able to add the ports if you need them later
just be aware that you will be asked to stop/start unity for the procedure so most probably you'll have to get some maintenance time to do that
