Unity-Press 5 to continue recording

Hello,

I have a requirement that the maximum message length on my Unity voicemail be extended to one hour.  I have set this both in the class of service (3600 seconds) and in the registry (3,600,000 ms), however every 5 minutes while making a recording I get a prompt that says "Press 5 to continue recording".  Is there somewhere else that I need to look at to shut off this prompt?  The person who is leaving the long messages is the owner of the company and doesn't want to have to hear this prompt and hit 5 every 5 minutes while leaving a long message for his secretary.
