At present I am having problems with my Cisco Unity 3.1.3 Box. I can't listen to my voicemail over the phone using MS Outlook ( Viewmail ).
WHenI try to press the play button on the viewmail, an error window saying " Unknown problems are preventing the completion of the call" always appears" .
How do you fix this ? Please advise.

Which version of Outlook and ViewMail are you using?
Viewmail is backwards compatible, so it's always a good idea to upgrade to the latest version of ViewMail. Also, double check if you have entered the correct phone number and Unity server.

Did you resolve your problem? I am having the same issue with unity 4.0.3 and CCM 4.0.1sr2a.
