Unity problem

Hi,

I am having some issues with few users which last 4 digits DN are starting with 0123, 0235 like this. When the receptionist transfer to the extension and if the user the doesn't answer the call, the call gets disconnect but if I call the whole ten disgits number, it works fine. Anybody has any idea.
