Unity question..

Is it possible for a single unity to provide service to more than one CCM cluster?

Hi Justin -

Yes. We are running one of our Unity servers integrated to a CCM 4.1(3) cluster and to a 5.0 cluster. You create the integration in UTIM and designate the number of ports you want. Make sure each integration has one or more ports for MWI outdialing. You can specify the MWI resynch time for each of these CCM clusters as well.
