I have a user who just started having an issue that Unity will answer, and take the message. The Voicemail is delivered to the email as a new message. However if you call in try to retrieve new voicemails, unity says "you have no new messages". I have verified that the email is not being opened. You can hear the message if you open the email so its there. Any clue how I can resolve this??
