Unity Server 7.x - Issues

Hello.

I installed Cisco Unity 7.x an integrated it with CUCM 7.x and Microsoft Active Directory 2003 server.

All it´s working OK, but when the users send their messages throught microsoft outlook they check the option   Request a read receipt for this message,  when the confirmation arrived  the  Unity think that this is a new message.

The other thing it´s  that the users also have a rule that redirect the message to a PST folder and when they received  the new message the MWI its on for 6 seconds and later off  because the message was redirect to the PST folder, even it is not read.
