Unity Server re-configuration to Failover

Hi,

Customer currently installed Cisco Unity VM (4.2) with off-box message store. They want to add a new unity server and to setup the Unity system to support failover option.

My question is: if the first unity server was installed/setup as a standalone server, what procedure I should follow to migrate the existing unity server as a primary server for failover?

Any documentation for this kind of requirement?
