One of my Unity admins came across an interesting alert in our network monitoring system. It is listed below.
Average lock wait time for object Database (503.50 milliseconds) too high (>=500.00 milliseconds) for patrvuni1a. 6/18/2007 8:03:08 AM
I understand that this relates to the locking of various components of SQL however, I can't find any recommendation from Cisco on what that threshold would be or even where to look to find out what may be causing it. Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone know what the correct threshold would be? Any help would be appreciated.
