Unity talking slow

I upgraded from 4.0.2 to 4.0.5. it is on a xSeries-205 IBM box with 512MB ram

they have 400 users, 32 vm ports and it is a voicemail only box. They say the unity lady is talking slow. With delays after hitting the message button up to 10 sec. at times after hitting the message button it would just ring. Would more memory help

do you have message store manager (MSM) performing any tasks? (found in UnityToolsDepot)

i've seen this cause issues of delay and slowness from unity when it was very busy or timing out on authentication to mailboxes.

more memory is always good for windows resources but not sure if this will help fix your delay issue.

no MSM is doing nothing
