I'm having an issue with Unity 7.1.5 assigning the appropriate rights to allow users to reset passwords. I've created both a user account without a mailbox and a user account with a mailbox and assigned / tested the following roles - User Administration, Technican; Helpdesk. In each case, assigning a single role or combination of roles produced the same results - Not Authorized. I can only make it work when assigning the System Administrator role. I can not assign our helpdesk staff system admin rights. Any idea on how to resolve this issue?
