Unity Technican Rights

I'm having an issue with Unity 7.1.5 assigning the appropriate rights to allow users to reset passwords. I've created both a user account without a mailbox and a user account with a mailbox and assigned / tested the following roles - User Administration, Technican; Helpdesk. In each case, assigning a single role or combination of roles produced the same results - Not Authorized. I can only make it work when assigning the System Administrator role. I can not assign our helpdesk staff system admin rights. Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Unity Technican Rights

Hi fultont,

Helpdesk Admin Role should help you reset the user passwords/PINS. Please open a TAC case if you feel that this role does not work as expected.
