Unity transfer to Attendant Console

I am using Unity to front end CMAC. I have a CTI route point that transfers calls to ext 801 to unity. In unity I have a call handler that plays a greeting then transfers to another call handler that transfers to ext 802. 802 is my CMAC pilot point. If no one is logged into the CMAC queue music plays for a few seconds then I get reorder. If I just call directly into ext 802 with no one logged in it plays music until someone logs in and is available. The versions are call manager 4.1.3 sr2 and unity 4.2. This works in other version of call manager and unity without a problem.
